Appointments disappear in Outlook2000

We are using Exchange Server 5.5 with Outlook 2000-SR1 clients.
Sometimes an appointment just disappears as if it never did exist.
Anyone knows/hered this problem?

I'm seeing the same thing, but have not found the root
cause yet.
