Appointments get dropped copying calendar

I created a ScratchCalendar in my Personal Folders. I then viewed it
and the calendar in Outlook.pst by View->ArrangeBy->CurrerntView-

Events. I selected all entries in Outlook.pst calendar and Ctrl-

dragged them to ScratchCalendar. When I go back to viewing both
calendars by month, many appointments are dropped. Why?

I am using Office 2003
