Approval by two person

Some tasks (vocations, holydays etc.) should be approved by two person - by
Dept. Manager and then by Administrative Manager.
Is it possible to organise? How?

Yes it is possible, but there is no formal workflow : they both see them, the
admin manager can say its word by adding a remark that the Project Manager
can see.
Curiously enough, the admin manager can "refuse" those assignments, but it
is no use since the PM does not see it, unless the admin manager writes a
remark. Only other manager in the RBS tree could see the impact of this task
refusal. the PM of this project must be the dept manager, and you must able
the "Timesheet approval" rights, and therefore use managed periods (which
seems not to be a good thing, regarding all issues on this newsgroup. I would
not advide to use that without a good testing, and a Premier support contrat
with Microsoft.)

there is a fairly simple way to do what you intend. Have the Administrative
Manager (the final approver) assign the task to the Dept.Manager (first
approver). the the Dept. Manager should delegate the task to the correct
person. (Available on the Tasks tab.) It is important that the Dept.
Manager say yes to questions 2 and 3. the time from the reporter will then
come to the Dept. Manager (probably on their timesheet.) They can then
submit that time along with theirs. There is no reject available, but email
or phones still exist to have corrections made.

If the Dept. Manager has project manager rights, the time wil probably come
to both managers' Update page.
