Yes it is possible, but there is no formal workflow : they both see them, the
admin manager can say its word by adding a remark that the Project Manager
can see.
Curiously enough, the admin manager can "refuse" those assignments, but it
is no use since the PM does not see it, unless the admin manager writes a
remark. Only other manager in the RBS tree could see the impact of this task
refusal. the PM of this project must be the dept manager, and you must able
the "Timesheet approval" rights, and therefore use managed periods (which
seems not to be a good thing, regarding all issues on this newsgroup. I would
not advide to use that without a good testing, and a Premier support contrat
with Microsoft.)
