Approval of Planned Admin. Time

When a staff member types in a description for Planned Admin. Time the
description dose not appear on the manager's Admin. Time approval page. How
can the description column on the Admin. Time page, for managers, get
populated?

Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to make the Description information
appear on the approval page. I reported this as a bug a long time ago.
Perhaps it will be fixed in a future service pack. Hope this helps.
