Approval process in Project Server 2007

We have set up an "owner" for each project we have (usually the PM). I am
absolutly certain the correct name is supplied in all projects.

It was my assumption as team members submitted time against their task, the
hours and/or changes submitted would be routed to the identified owner.

This is not always happening... seems some submitted tasks are being routed
to the person who created the plan, even though the owner was changed.

Sugggestions???

Ask the new PM to open his/her project and do the following:

1. Apply the Gantt Chart view.
2. Right-click on the Duration column header and click the Insert Column
item.
3. In the Column Definition dialog, select the Status Manager column and
click the OK button.
4. In the Status Manager column, select his/her name for each task in the
project.
5. Save the project and then click File - Publish to publish the latest
changes.
