Is there a good document on How To setup and configure Approval Routings in
PWA?

Bradm when you say configure, what approval routings do you want to change?

Marc,
I just want to be able to create a document and attach an approval routing
to it. Not sure how to set them up in PWA/SherPoint.

set permission on WSS3.0 for each user .. Routing /wokflow controls are fine
tuned thru Sharepoint .. these permissions will cascade downwards into the
project workspace

Brad, I am not sure of any good documentation in regards to workflow, but if
you would like to create a workflow for documents for example, you may want
to investigate the functionality of SharePoint Designer. This tool allows you
to create a workflow very easy.
