Approve task get failed while my status manager trying to accept t

The step followed

In project server site.

Task Updates page.

Selected task from the list and clicked Accept. The task doesn’t clear from
the list. Still it appear in the list even manager accept the task. The
manager is owner of 3 different projects. All the projects getting the same
problem for this manager.
