Approving time submissions for deleted projects

We have some employees that submitted time against a certain project, which
was deleted before the time was accepted into PWA.

Is there anyway to delete these pending time submissions without restoring
the project?

Stretch --

Do the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Clean up Project Server database link
4. Select the Resource task changes option
5. Click the drop-down list and select the "Sent Between" option from the
list
6. Set the date range during which the updates were sent
7. At the bottom of the page, select the "Delete the specified items for
only this user" option
8. For this option, click the drop-down list and select a resource who
submitted one of the orphaned task updates
8. Click the Delete button
9. Repeat this process for every resource who submitted an orphaned task
update

In your instructions, it says "set the date range during which the updates
were sent".

Won't this cause all updates during that date range from a particular
resource to be deleted? How can I make sure that only those particular
orphaned tasks are deleted?

Yes, it will delete all of the resource updates for the selected resource,
but this will cause no problems if the PM has updated the actuals into the
actual project plans. Hope this helps.
