Arabic Language Stylistic Set

I am using MS Word 2010. I have a query. MS Word 2010 support open type features and apply Stylistic Set 1 to 20 in Advance Tab of Font Properties dialog box. It works fine on Gabriola font. But same is not implemented when script is Arabic. Is it MS Word implementation fault or i am missing something.
