Archieve Issue

I have a user, who has subfolders, which cannot be archieved.
Some folders directly under Inbox works.
But some folders which has another subfolders don't work.
I have recreated windows profile, still doesn't work.
Tried auto-archieve and Manual archive, didn't help.
Outlook 2000, sp3.

Please help.

Check the Modified date on the items that aren't being archived as you think
they should. That's the date Outlook uses to determine whether or not an
item is ready to be archived, and a simple action such as moving the item to
another folder can change the Modified date. More information and a list of
