Architect's question on Visio 2000 technical versus Visio 2003 Professional

Trying to evaluate upgrading to 20003 professional from
2000 technical. apparently, there is no longer a
technical version. As an architect, I have found using
2000 technical much easier for quick plans etc instead of
autocadd. However, after talking with presales, they
don't have a clue as to whether 2003 has all the stencils
that 2000 did. I'm specifically looking for sheet
borders, fixtures, furnishings, office equipment and all
the other related stencils. Anyone out there have a
clue? If there was even a listing of stencils and shapes
per stencil, that would probably answer my questions.

thanks,

Larry

The Visio Technical and Visio Professional products have been combined into
a single product called Visio Professional offering the content from both
predecessors. The stencils have been carried forward and many have been
upgraded. I'm not aware of a stencil listing on the Microsoft web site yet,
but that is something we normally publish. Here is the one for Visio 2002
Professional:

You may find a few things rearranged or recategorized, but I'm not aware of
any technical content being removed from the product.
