MS Office 2004 Entourage V11.2.5 on IMac Intel Core Duo

When I export to an archive then import the same archive, I am not
getting all the e-mail messages that should be there. In fact MANY
folders are not in the archive. Want to use archives to store old
messages, but not if they are incomplete. Has anyone else noticed this
problem? Have a fix?
