Archive Data

I'm using Access 2002 and I'm linked into a table that is not controlled by
me. When the person who controls the table deletes or adds any data my
database changes.

I want to be able to keep or archive a table with all the data plus have the
ability to add any new data into the archive table. I can do a MakeTable
query but that replaces any of the existing data.

Basically does anyone know how I can add the new data in the archive table
without replacing any of the archived data?

Perhaps an Append query instead of Make Table?

Try an append querie. It will not delete the record already in your Database.
