Archive date and time issue

I know that the data and time of archive occurrence is the modified date, but
mostly,we need to archive mails by the received date and time.

Would anyone tell me how to modify the setting in outlook 2003?

outlook uses the modified time and it can't be changed. if you need to do it
by received times, use advanced find and manually move the messages to the
archive folders.
