Archive Folder Not On The All Folders List

OLK 2003

On my last computer I had an Archive Folder on the left hand All Folders
List.
On My new Computer I don't.

I searched a lot of the posts here and found one saying
File>>Open>>Outlook Data File

When I do that there is only one file called offline.eas

All I want is an archive folder that I can manually send items over to so my
regular email isn't so bogged down.

Suggestions?

File, New, Outlook data file and create an archive file. Apparently you ran
autoarchive at some point on the old computer and it created the folder for
you.
