Outlook 2007 - We use an off-site exchange server for our Outlook. To avoid
exceeding our storage limit I (physically rather than through the "archive"
process) move all of the prior month's emails into an Archive folder. The
question is, how can I "share" that Archive folder should others on the
network require access to it.
