I have an archive folder in my mailbox that is my primary folder for storage.
The folder appears in the folder list and the contents are visible. I can
add to and delete from this folder. However, when I attempt to see the
properties (properties/advanced), I receive a dialogue box saying "The
operation failed. An object cannot be found". Additionally, when I try to
close the folder, I receive the same message.
I have been a long time Office user, Outlook user and Exchange user, with
numerous updates along the way. At some point, the archive folder has
apparently become "abandoned" Any way to either "find" the folder or to
delete or close it completely? The information in the folder is not critical.
Possibly related issue. Office update will not run on this system althought
there are no issues with connectivity, rights, etc. Apparently, there is an
installer mismatch.
