Archive from Inbox to pst not working

End user trying to archive by month from inbox. Has
worked for about 15 folders till now. Performs archive
to jul2004. Looks like it is working. Takes about 15
seconds and then nothing happens. pst is empty? Any
suggestions. I've enabled large messages.

Archiving works on a hidden date called the Modified date, not the Received
date. The modified date changes every time you do something to a message,
like move it, so it could be significantly more recent that the received
date. Perhaps that is why you see the behavior you see.
