Archive Full Text of 600 IMAP Messages?

Hi all:

I've read the many threads about archiving IMAP messages. One point
that I don't see addressed is this: my provider only sends me the
headers of the messages. Each one has to be opened to see the full
text.

I have over 600 messages on the server and am near my quota. Is there
any way to get the full data onto my machine so I can thow it on a CD
or something?
