archive Issue

I have a user, who has subfolders, which cannot be archieved.
Some folders directly under Inbox works.
But some folders which has another subfolders don't work.
I have recreated windows profile, still doesn't work.
Tried auto-archieve and Manual archive, didn't help.
Outlook 2000, sp3.

Please help.

Are those subfolders' properties set to archive them? I thought I read
somewhere that you had to do this specifically for every subfolder.

Yes, each sub-folder is marked for archieve, but still it won't do it.
