Archive of old e-mails in a folder

Is there any way to archive a number of old messages that I have sitting in
a folder in OUTLOOK EXPRESS?
I have several thousand that are from a forum I participate in.

Unfortunately Outlook Express does not have an archive feature. However,
you could export the messages to a file and then delete them from Outlook
Express. Go to File -> Export -> Messages and then select the folder you
want to export.
