What do you mean by "archive"? If you mean save a backup copy, open your
"live" web in FP and publish it back to your hard drive (or FTP the files to
a folder on your HD).

Create a hidden directory (a directory with an underscore such as _old) and
copy the files to there. Make sure that none of your "active" pages have
links to them or they can still be found. Another way is to click on the
file and choose Copy, and the choose Paste and it will create a copy of the
file (ex: page_copy(1).htm). You can keep as many copies as you'd like.
even if you do that I'd still move them into a hidden folder or back them up
to my hard drive to be absolutely sure no one will find them.

Just create a new page called older_pics, archives, or whatever you want to
call it. Then create a gallery or just a link to the photos.

the idea is to have an archive of older events,pics,pr material, etc.
so people can access past info on the site
