After we upgraded some clients to Outlook 2002, they can
no longer archive the public folders that they own. They
click on File, Archive, and select the public folder. But
when they click OK, they get the following message..."The
selected folder cannot be archived". However, the Outlook
2000 clients can still archive the pf in that manner.
I haven't been able to find any documentation on this.
Has anyone seen this problem and know why it happens or
how to fix it?
