Archiving and versioning

hi,

I have requirement like to archive the project plans,documents once
it is saved
to server.

These files should have download option

The downloaded file to be renamed.

If i'm right, all the documents are uploaded in documents library.
But i'm confused like how admin can pull all the files related to
one site and download the
same for future purpose.

Please guide me in this

Ray McCoppin

You can use STSADMIN.exe to backup all the documents in a WSS workspace.
This might speed your process up.
