I wouldn't think that at all. If you received a message some time ago, but
you have operated upon it recently (move it to another folder, for example),
that message seems more important that a message you haven't done anything
with for a long time, even if you received the latter message more recently
that the former one. Thus, I would expect the archive process to save the
message received more recently but not touch the message received longer ago
but which was manipulated more recently.
