Hi,
We are running SBS 2003 with Exchange and Outlook 2003. I'm starting to
have a few users with large mailboxes, and would like to implement regular
archival of e-mails. What would you consider a best practice for frequency
of archival (yearly, quarterly, etc.)? Would you store the archives on a
network share to be accessed from the LAN, and for backup purposes?
For laptop users, would you store them on the laptop and copy them to a
network share for backup?
Any advice would be appreciated!
