Archiving IMAP

My users in my office use Entourage via IMAP to connect to our Exhcange
server. W erecently instituted an email policy setting MB limits on
mailboxes. We want to give users the option to backup/archive old mail to a
..PST file. How can I do this in Entourage?

Hi Eric,

There is no "archive" function in Entourage, but you can move data from any
IMAP folder to a folder created within the default folder list under "On My
Computer" or you can create your own folders under the "On My Computer"
structure and move or copy data to those folders.
