archiving Issue

I have a user using Outlook 2000 SP3 connecting to an
Exchange 5.5 server with a MAPI account. This user has
problems archiving emails with attachments. The error she
gets is

Error while archiving folder "Other" in store "Mailbox -
Liz Weiss". Some other items could not be copied. They
were either moved or deleted, or access was denied. Any
one with ideas?
