What is the best way to archive projects? The dbase has become far too large
- it goes back to 2004. We want to archive all of 2004 and 2005 and begin
looking at archiving the first half of 2006. We want to remove them
completely but also have the ability to restore if neccessary. We went
through trial and error through all of 2004 and much of 2005 so in fact those
could be deleted if there are no caveats there.
Would we have to make adjustments to open tasks? Is there a global way to
update those? We have some resources assigned but not using the tool
resulting in open tasks.
