Archiving Sent Items

Can I reset the timeframe for archiving "Sent Items"? It seems to save them only for the current month and the previous month, and sometimes to find older ones than that.

This is not strictly a Word question but seems to apply to your email
client. In Outlook Express, Sent Items are saved indefinitely. There is an
option (Tools | Options | Maintenance) to delete downloaded news messages
after a certain number of days, but no such option for removing mail
messages.

You need to ask this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup; this group is for MS Word...

Be very sure to tell them which version of the program you have!
