Interested in hearing about Archiving Solutions
implemented in your company...while 3rd Party add-on's
are a possibility, I'd also like to hear about solutions
without 3rd party tools.
We currently implement Exch5.5, 50MB max mailbox size,
worked great for many years, etc, however with .pst's
saved to LAN shares or to C: drives, the LAN backup's and
Desktop Backups (3rd party
, backup the entire .pst
each night which causes a lot of traffic as you'd expect.
About to implement E2K3, would like to set max mailbox at
100MB, however our users seriously keep everything,
so .pst's will still be an issue. What's your policy on
backing up .PST's?, what's your mailbox size limit's and
have you found larger limits to "considerably" help here?
