Archiving Troubles

I've referenced:

I continue to receive this message. I posted a message in
the general forum, but I'm hoping this Managed Newsgroup
can be more beneficial. I've disabled Anti-Virus scanning
while archiving. If anyone can help, it would be greatly
appreciated.

This isn't a managed newsgroup, but anyway... :)

What version of Outlook are you using? How big is the archive file you're
trying to archive these items to, and how many items already exist in the
folders that aren't seeming to allow new items?

Outlook 2002. The users mailbox is about a gig.
And its not working at all, it just gives the message
below.

OK, but I need to know the size of the file that you are trying to archive
TO, not the size of the mailbox you are trying to archive FROM. And the
number of items in each destination folder may be a clue to this mystery
too, since there is a limitation on the number of items that each folder can
contain -- if you've already reached that limit for a particular folder, you
won't be able to add any more items to it.
