I am using Office 2003 pro. I have imported email from Eurdora going back to
1995 and I have created archive folders with the name of the years (1995
archive, 1996 Archive, etc). I do not have any auto archive set at this
time. When I do a manual achrive with a date range, the old messages are
sent to appropriate archive folder but the "originals" still remain. It is
my understanding that archive is supposed to be a "move" and not a "copy."
Is my understanding correct? If so, any thoughts as to what I am missing?
I have done a detect and repair. Thank you.
