Are flags supposed to create reminders with Business Contacts?

in the Business Contact Manager, I can't seem to get the "due by" date to
appear in the list so that I can sort by it . . what am I doing wrong?

Outlook only allows reminders for default folders so this is possibly the
problem.
You could create a Task from the Contact and set a reminder or try Extended
Reminders - I'm not sure if it works with a BCM folder.
