Are there animated web site templates for MS publisher

Hi,

wanted to know, if there are any animated web site templates for free for MS
publisher. Web sites where the buttons are more with animation or animation
in general.

Or any easy way, where I can use the templates on Publisher to freshen them
up easily without programming knowledge.

Publisher is designed for a static and simple web site. There is no support
for dynamic effects.
