I have an inventory database that I am trying to modify so it will keep track
of Parent Products and all child Parts used for them. The Database I have
will handle all child product purchase orders amount ordered, Recieved and
units on hand. I have added a Kit table which includes all child products and
the parent product they are assigned to including amount of child products
needed for assembly. My problem is say I want to build 20 parents I cant get
it to deduct the child from inventory and each time I load the parent product
with child product subform If I want to make 20 more I have to add 20+20 and
type that in my Qty.
I need a basic template so I can take and adapt it to my need.
