Not internally within OneNote that I am aware of.
However, I've been able to create OneNote pages by using Windows Scheduler.
Every morning at 6:00am, I create OneNote Project Plans and specialized
Things-To-Do lists that are imported into OneNote. (I don't get everything
done, but at least I have a list
). This functionality is included in
our OneNote ProjectMgr/PIM Toolkit which will be released very soon. You can
find additional information about our Toolkits at the website in my sig.

No, but there are lots of other utilities that will do that for you that
you could run alongside OneNote.
