Are there any utilities or documentation for 2007 Archived Databas

I am finding little or no documentation for the archived database. Does
anyone know if their are any utilities for managing the archive database.
Utilities that do thing that show the history of the project, showing stats,
restoring a project that was deleted, etc.

Currently there are no tools. All management is via PWA. Can't say whether
any are planned.

If we weren't so anxious for SP1, I think most of us would be banging our
utensils on the table chanting tools, tools, tools... Let's begin that
