Are there hidden messages in my Junk mail folder?

I noticed 11 messages in the Junk email folder. I usually look there for
false positives, but all was ok. I did notice that my folder showed that I
had 11 unread messages, but the messages themselves were actually all read.
I'm just wondering if I should just mark all read again, or are there hidden
messages in that folder? I'm sure since the amount of messages and the
actual messages are the same, if there is maybe a glitch. Any help is
appreciated.......Peter

Outlook can display one of two numbers next to a folder name. The first
option is the number of unread items. That number is displayed in blue. The
second option is total number of items. That number is displayed in green.
The Junk Email folder is set to display the total number of items in the
folder, not the total number of unread items. You can switch this toggle by
right clicking the folder and choosing Properties.
