Are Timesheets (not My Tasks) supposed to recalculate Remaining Work?

They don't appear to - just updates the total work per day/week. Seems
the user has to deliberately pay attention to and enter Remaining Work
each time they submit time for the week and then subsequently import
into My Tasks. Any way around it?

Although I think the Timesheet should automatically recalculate the
Remaining Work, I have found that it does not. Because of this limitation,
I recommend you do not include the Remaining Work column in the My Timesheet
page. Instead, I recommend you include it in the My Tasks page and then ask
users to adjust it, if necessary, after they import Actual Work from the My
Timesheet page. Hope this helps.
