arg! cant edit enterprise fields

Using EPS2007+ProjPro2007

Open Enterprise Global in PP2007. No problems.
Under tools-customize
the only active options I have are 'toolbars' and 'forms'
the 'fields' option is greyed out and there is NO 'Enterprise Fields'
option.
I *know* I have used it before :(
Why has it disappeared?

don't you edit enterprise fields in PWA in 2007 / server settings /
enterprise custom field definition.

aha.
I think i got confused between 2003 & 2007 as I am using both at the
same time :(
