Is it true that you can only have 30 function argumemts
in a spreadsheet?

In general you can only have 30 arguments (29 sometimes) within any one function, but you can have
a number of functions within a formula, and pretty much a countless number of formulas within a
spreadsheet. It's certainly not normally considered too bad a limitation.
