Arranged By is missing, can't get it back

Meenie

Hi,
I have Outlook 2003 but someone I work with has Outlook 2000 - she right
clicked on the Arranged by bar at the top of her email and hit "remove" by
mistake. Now we can't find it to put it back. It isn't under "View".
How can we put this back?
My 2003 version doesn't match her toolbars. In mine you can find it right
under VIEW.
According to my "help" you would go to View, then Arrange By, then Customize
and check the box by "Always use multi line layout". We did find "Customize
under her "View" but there is no "Always use multi line layout" there. <sigh>
Thanks!! :)

I don't think 2000 had arranged by but she can try resetting the menus -
either delete outcmd.dat file and restart outlook or right click on the
toolbar area, choose customize - reset is on the first tab.

Outlook 2000 doesn't have Arrange By. That didn't appear until Outlook 2002
or 2003. Instead it's View>Current View.
