Are you connected to an Exchange server or have more than one "Personal
Folders" file? That's the only way you'll accomplish what you seek, since,
typically, Inbox is a subordinate to the Personal Folders file, along with
Calendar, Tasks, etc. If you have a separate "Outlook Today", distinct from
another "Personal Folders", then possibly you can modify your profile to
remove both data files and add them back in in the order you wish then to
appear. I seem to recall that the top-level names (Outlook Today, Personal
Folders, Archives, etc.) appear in the folder list in the order in which
they were added to the profile.
