Hello all,

is it possible to share calendars and arrange meetings if you are connected
to the web but are not part of a LAN or WAN. Do both parties need exchange
server?

Do you use Exchange server? If not, check:

Microsoft used to host a web site where people could store their free/busy
information but that's gone now.
