"Array index out of bounds" creating a shortcut

I get the "Array Index out of bounds." error message when creating a shortcut
to a public folder on the Exchange server. Outlook 2007; Windows XP sp3.

Any luck finding a solution to this, I am having the exact same problem after
moving a user from a Windows XP SP3 workstation running Outlook 2003, to one
running Outlook 2007. All their other settings seem to have come over fine
with their roaming profile, however, none of their outlook shortcuts did.
When adding them, I receive the same "Array Index out of bounds." message you
are seeing.
