I am unable to open Accounts or Business Contacts and the error message
appearing is as follows: "Array index out of Bounds" and contact
administrator. I have tried reinstalling BCM but nothing has changed.
The Account opens in the standard outlook form and I cannot see the other
pertinent account information.
Any suggestions.
