Arrow Keys help

Ok, I have a form I use to input data into my database. However, from time
to time I misspell an item and I want to Shift-Tab back to it and use my left
and right arrow keys to go to the mistake and correct it. However, when I
use my arrow keys, they switch between fields. They only work right if the
field is not highlighted. How do I correct this?

That's standard behavior - F2 is the keyboard shortcut to change from
highlighting the fiend to editing its contents.
