Arrow Keys not responding... the move the page view!

Instead of the arrow keys on my keyboard moving the cursor
from cell to cell, they scroll around within the
worksheet. This is really annoying. Help!!!

If you see EXT in the Statusbar press F8

Sounds like the Scroll Lock key is pressed.
