Arrowhead line problems

I use Russian edition of Word 2003, though I do not know if this error is language specific or not

The problem is that

1) Draw an arrowhead line 0,5 p
2) Draw plain solid line 0,5 p

The width (thikness) is the same

Copy them and paste as windows metafile

Now arrowhead line is about 1pt thick, though plain line is 0,5

Any ideas?
